  • You can apply online on our webiste www.theparkatsalisbury.com and select your apartment by navigating to the "pricing" button!

    We have a $50/person application fee, $200 administrative fee, and a $500 security deposit (deposit is refundable upon move out)

  • Community fee: $44/mo (includes trash and pest control)

    Surface parking is free, single-car garage is $150/mo, elective front-door reserved parking is $30/mo

    Media Package (Cable and Internet): $99/mo

    Pet fees: $350 pet fee one time, $40 pet rent/pet/mo

  • We are pet friendly! $40/pet/mo, 2 pet max, breed restrictions apply

  • You can either call the office to schedule over the phone or use our chatbot feature on our website to schedule an appointment online with a member of our team

  • No heat, no hot water, lock out, fridge not working, flood or active leak, no ac, sewage back up, lock out

  • Schedule your key pick up appointment with the leasing office for your move in day!

  • We require a 60-day notice in written form (handwritten or emailed) to give notice. They can give a buyout at any time but would need to pay the buyout fee within 30 days from giving notice and and they are responsible for all fees and rent throughout the 60 day period. 

  • They can pay online via ACH, debit/credit, or e-moneygram through the portal on the website or via the Resident Portal App
